In the data isq, means surgical site infection. We also provide the name of the surgeons for surgeons to check their personal infection rates to improve outcomes. Stata 8.2 version is used, College Station, TX, USA. Most are categorical variables, or converted to categorical variables, or need to be converted to categorical variables, for example to set up a cut of value for albumin < 3g/dl. The same as the body mass index >= 27.
